Mississauga & the GTA

Caulk lines drawn with a steady hand.

Caulking looks easy. Caulking that doesn't crack, peel, or develop a black mold streak six months later — that's a craft. VO Build Corp re-caulks tubs, showers, kitchens, baseboards, windows, and any other joint that's gotten ugly.

What we do

The full scope.

Bathroom re-caulk

Old caulk removed cleanly, mold-resistant silicone applied in straight lines.

Kitchen counters & backsplash

Where counters meet walls or backsplash meets cabinets — clean joints, no smears.

Baseboards & trim

Paintable caulk along baseboards, casing, crown — fills gaps and looks finished.

Windows & doors

Exterior caulking for weather seal; interior caulking for paint-ready transitions.

Mold & moisture remediation

If the joint's gone bad from moisture, we treat it and re-seal so it doesn't come back.

Our caulking process

Four steps. No surprises.

Strip the old

Every bit of old caulk scraped and pulled, surface cleaned.

Prep & tape

Tape laid for crisp lines, surface dried completely.

Apply & tool

Bead applied, smoothed with the right tool for the joint.

Tape pulled, cured

Tape pulled while the caulk's still wet for sharp edges.
